The Mariposa Coffee Company is located in the beautiful Sierra Mountains just outside of Yosemite National Park. We have been roasting here since 1991. As a family owned and operated company, our customers can always be assured of personal service.

Gerry Caputo is the master roaster and developer of our innovative roasting process. Intensive study and research along iwth interviews of experts in many fields gave him the necessary information that led to his revolutionary roasting developments.

Continuing research and study assures that the will always be a forerunner in the coffee industry. He has given many seminars, and is readily available to discuss his theories and knowldege with others.
